The founders of Merging Niles first met while studying in Khartoum, near the Mugran area where the Blue Nile and White Nile meet to form the Nile — the longest river in the world.
After graduating, their careers followed different paths. One pursued a technical track, working on large-scale network infrastructure and holding engineering roles supporting complex enterprise environments at leading technology organizations including Cisco, Microsoft, and Amazon.
The other built a career leading sales engineering organizations and managing large teams of technical professionals.
Years later, the two reunited to combine their complementary experience in engineering and technology consulting. In 2026, they founded Merging Niles, bringing together deep technical expertise and strategic engineering leadership to help organizations design, evaluate, and support critical technology infrastructure.
